New Mexico Congressman Gabe Vasquez says at a news conference to urge Congress to act on reauthorizing the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act that through nuclear testing like at the Trinity site blast, nearly half a million residents were exposed without warning, and it is the government's responsibility to reauthorize and expand compensation.
