Christian Atsu's family mourns at home following his tragic death in earthquake
ACCRA, GHANA - FEBRUARY 25: Mourning is being held at the family home of Hatayspor football player Christian Atsu in the Ghanaian capital, Accra on Saturday (Feb. 25).
A delegation representing football clubs from Nigeria visited Atsu's home to offer condolences to his family.
Atsu lost his life after the magnitude 7.7 and 7.6 quakes shook southern Türkiye on Feb. 6, centered in the Kahramanmaras province, and struck 10 other provinces – Hatay, Gaziantep, Malatya, Adiyaman, Adana, Diyarbakir, Kilis, Osmaniye, Sanliurfa, and Elazig.(Footage by Kwame Adzaho-Amenortor /Anadolu Agency via Getty Images)
