Motorcyclist Swept Down Street by Raging Floods in Dominican Republic

A motorcyclist and several vehicles were swept down a street by fast-moving waters after heavy rain caused deadly flash floods in the capital of the Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo, on November 18. This footage from resident Mayobanex Valdez shows the a motorcyclist clinging to their bike and disappearing out of view as the floodwaters carry them down Isabel Aguiar Avenue in the city's southwest. Several parked vehicles follow suit, pushed by the powerful torrents.
