A man kayaked down a flooded street in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, on Tuesday, September 17, after a storm brought up to 20 inches of rain to the town, according to the https://www.weather.gov/ilm/2024PTC8 National Weather Service (NWS). Karly Wilson captured this video and told Storyful she noticed the man kayaking down the middle of the road and "had to capture it!"
