Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake Removed From Front Door in Florida
A large eastern diamondback rattlesnake was removed by animal control from a doorstep in Stuart, Florida. Video by Patricia Kothe shows the https://www.floridamuseum.ufl.edu/florida-snake-id/snake/eastern-diamond-backed-rattlesnake/ venomous snake coiled on her door mat as animal control attempt to wrangle the animal inside a bucket using snake tongs. Kothe told local media, https://www.wpbf.com/article/stuart-woman-finds-rattlesnake-lounging-her-front-door/39740479 WPBF25 , that she was out walking her dog when a neighbour notified her that there was a "six foot long" rattlesnake at her front door.
