- I think this is the right decision / marathon is a long way; 2:06, 2:07, what does it get you when the guys are running 2:01, that's what you've got to do / just being honest, I don't think my body can do that, I think it's the right decision / hopefully I'll get to enjoy time with my family and my kids are into running, I'll help them develop and continue being involved in the sport

- London Marathon is one of the biggest marathons in the world, we all know that / in terms of depth today, we had amazing guys who can run 2:01, the second fastest time ever here / in terms of the field it was incredible / for me in the race, if it wasn't for the crowd and the support I would have dropped out

- I'm very proud of it because if you see it in terms of how many people are running out there in the parks, a parkrun or other runs, it's a great way to keep active and to be a part of it from early on, from the mini-marathon going to the marathon / it's incredible and so nice to see London Marathon and what they do
