Jozef Dobias was returning to his https://www.dlbcycles.ie/about-dlbcycles/ bike shop when he witnessed a man wrestling with a cable lock in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin. Realizing the man was in fact stealing a bike, Jozef jumped on his bike and began to follow. When he finally caught up with the man at Monkstown Dart Station, he stopped him from boarding a train and confronted him about the stolen bike. As seen in the video, the scene was not pleasant; however, Jozef managed to retrieve the bike and return it to its rightful owner.
