Tina Sandoval's Father Thanks Investigators After Tina's Husband Pleads Guilty to Murder 22 Years Later
KDVR- John Sandoval, a suspect in the 1995 death of his wife Kristina "Tina" Tournai Sandoval, pleaded guilty on March 31, 2017 and told prosecutors where he hid her remains, the Weld County District Attorney's Office said. John Sandoval was convicted of the murder in 2010, but the Colorado Court of Appeals overturned it. Sandoval's plea, along with the remains, cleared up a mystery that had gone unsolved for 22 years. Tina's father spoke at press conference the same day.
