Quadriplegic Man Makes Special Wish Come True
Joe Graham's quadriplegia did not stop him from proposing to his girlfriend, Tonya, on December 7. The staff at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare in Wallingford, Connecticut, filmed the heart-warming moment Graham got on one knee to propose.
