Dr Brenda Combs captured this footage of Foxx on Saturday, June 29, outside a Hyatt Regency in Phoenix. "Look, April 11 last year, bad headache, asked my boy for an Advil. [Snaps fingers] I was gone for 20 days. I don't remember anything," Foxx said in the video. Foxx explained that while in Atlanta, his sister and daughter took him to multiple doctors, with the first giving him a cortisone shot. The "next doctor said, 'There's something going on up there,'" he said, motioning to his head, adding that he "won't say it on camera."
