- Well there is a Platinum Jubilee and it's unlikely there will be one again... it's important to mark that.
Q: ON CITY STATUSES CONTINUED
- It's hard to say that it leads to GDP growth by becoming a status.
- By being a city, it helps the place become bigger on the world-stage.

- The police have concluded their investigation/
- We will have Sue Gray's report next week.
- The PM has apologised.
- I don't actually think that these are resigning matters.
- The rules were as they were, but looking back at it... but you need to think whether those rules e.g. not being able to comfort the dying - were always right.
- The rules were broadly followed in Downing Street.
- I recognise that people make mistakes.
- We have so many other things going on... Ukraine, cost of living... I think too much time has been spent on it.
Q: ON COST OF LIVING CRISIS
- The question is what do you solve with a windfall tax?
- Tax on corporations ultimately falls on individuals anyway.
- I think the idea that a windfall tax is a solution to the problem is wrong.
- The issue we have to grapple with is how do we get inflation back down.
