Interviewer: It’s the fourth movie in the last two years where a character is young but in an old body. Does that concern you? Penny: Um, ya people do bring that up. Um according to Jim Brooks who developed the script with the writers um wasn’t the first time but the last to come out. And it was at one time a discussion. Should we rush and just grab somebody and do the movie and the discussion was no, lets make the movie we want to make. And we felt that ours transcended a little bit. We had a love story, a romantic comedy aspect that um I don’t think that others have. I haven’t seen the others so I really can’t comment on them but I mean there’s no chase scene, there’s no anything like that so it, it seem, I did read two of the other scripts and I think the tone of this was totally different. Interviewer: I agree. I think this is a terrific movie and I’m a little concerned that the public might say well I just saw that. Penny: Well tell them that it’s not the same.
