Iowa Congresswoman Cindy Axne asks Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin at a House Financial Services Committee hearing about a Wall Street Journal report that the IRS audit rate for people making over $10 million a year at dropped more than 80 percent in the last four years and why the top 1 percent tax returns are being look at so much less frequently, Mnuchin calling that not the case as he was working with IRS to release data, he had the same concern in calling up the commissioner to sing the should be more audits and lot less, asking for more money for enforcement, suggesting a problem in the data which only included closed audits which obvious it took a long period of time to complete.
