Iowa Congresswoman Ashley Hinson says at an evening news conference outside the US Capitol on the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act that biofuels were the homegrown energy solution with their home state of Iowa producing almost 30 percent of all ethanol sold in the United States, making year round E15 a win for Iowa farmers, for consumers like minivan driving moms, and for American energy independence.
