Congresswoman Hinson says Supreme Court not for partisan bidding

Iowa Congresswoman Ashley Hinson says at a news conference with House Republicans to introduce an amendment to the Constitution that would keep the Supreme Court at nine Justices that the Supreme Court does not exist to do partisan bidding, the nine Justices are entrusted to interpret the Constitution strictly, and to rein in abuses of power, the Supreme Court having remained nine for over 150 years, and it was time we solidify the number, make law and protect the independence of the highest Court.
