Indiana Congressman Andre Carson says at a news conference on introduction of the UNRWA Emergency Restoration Act of 2024 that it's time for Congress to review its position on refunding UNRWA, especially before the upcoming election, and while national and international security concerns have been expressed, these should not be excuses to allow hundreds of thousands and millions of men, women, and children to suffer.
