Congressman Roe says doctors stay away from VA of the compensation
House Veterans Affairs Committee Chairman Phil Roe of Tennessee says at a joint committee hearing with Senate counterparts and VA Secretary Robert Wilkie that before adjourning the hearing June 6 the VA must be ready to go and ask for an update on the VA MISSION Act, that of appointments may be made, and to pay health care providers who would not stay in the network because he knows physicians who would help veterans but would not because they could not get paid.
