Speaker Ryan Questions at Last Press Conference of Session

House Speaker Paul Ryan of Wisconsin takes questions from reporters on the last day of the 114th Congress, saying that in a recent 60 Minutes interview he insisted that there needs to be a reasonable transition for Obamacare insured under the Trump administration, that comprehensive tax reform is needed, that it is just premature to suggest that we know exactly how long a transition from the Affordable Care Act would be, noting that insurer Aetna is pulling out, that the House will in 2017 be doing a very quick budget dealing with Obamacare and that he was unaware of a tweet by the President-elect attacking a local union leader.
