Speaker Pelosi defines bribery characterization against Trump
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California is asked by a reporter at a weekly news conference a day after the first public impeachment inquiry hearing of the House Select Intelligence Committee about characterizing allegations against President Donald Trump as primary which she says is in the Constitution attached to impeachment proceedings, asked to define the crime, Pelosi answering it was to grant or withhold military assistance in return for a public statement of a fake investigation into elections, repeating that his bribery, not knowing if there would be a decision to impeach as the inquiry was about.
