House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy of California tells reporters a day after impeachment articles were adopted against President Donald Trump that 91 percent of the time the USMCA was brought up and talked about was by Republicans, so history would tell who could get the credit, McCarthy proud of members for continuing to put pressure though the greatest pressure was a change in Speaker Nancy Pelosi's mind on impeachment because she did not want to go home with that being the final vote, embarrassed so she would not even send the papers nor take reporters from questions, suggesting he thought he would never see a Speaker take that position but that's where we live, nor thought the House would do things Alexander Hamilton feared most.
