Congressman Scalise rips rules violations in Democrat pursuit of Trump impeachment
House Minority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana says in opposing impeachment for President Donald Trump of article one abuse of power charges that law professor Jonathan Turley said in testimony that to make a high crime and misdemeanor out of going to courts that was an abuse of power by Congress, referencing a house rule that requires that the minority party get a hearing which Democrats violated, Scalise tearing up the paper, Democrats not wanting to hear the case in the facts pursuing a political vendetta.
