Striking Greek dock workers rally over ports sell-off
Greek dock workers marched to the Finance ministry on Wednesday morning, during their two-day strike, to protest against the sale of the country’s two biggest ports, which Athens has promised to international lenders.
During their demonstration the dock workers shouted slogans against the PM Alexis Tsipras.
The heads of the port workers unions met with the Minister of Finance, Euclid Tsakalotos, however there was no positive result.
Workers announced that they will continue their struggle and they will not allow the ports sell-off.
