Japan's Frozen Waterfalls Lit Up For Tourists

HOKKAIDO, JAPAN - JAN. 23: HOKKAIDO, JAPAN – JAN. 23: Frozen waterfalls in northern Japan are lit up during the night for toursts especially from warmer parts of Asia, including Taiwan, with some thirty ice statues also welcoming these travelers. At So-Un-kyo hot spa resort along the major river of Ishikari, in Kamikawa town, Hokkaido, the winter festival goes on until March 27. One of the ice sculptures this year is the Ruffles Hotel of Singapore to entertain foreign tourists.
