Congresswoman Hageman reads short constitutional amendment to keep Supreme Court nine Justices
Freshman Wyoming Congresswoman Harriet Hageman says at a news conference with House Republicans to introduce an amendment to the Constitution that would keep the Supreme Court at nine Justices that because the Democrats have been unsuccessful in pushing their radical agenda through the legislative branch, they want to pack the Courts with liberal judges and Justices and push their agenda through that way, the Supreme Court had been at nine members since 1869, and unlike the monstrous monstrous spending bills Congress routinely passes the amendment was very simple and direct, quote, The Supreme Court of the United States shall be composed of nine Justices.
