Congressman Pfluger opposes fiscal 2021 budget resolution as the state bailout
Freshman Texas Congressman August Pfluger says in debate on the fiscal 2021 budget resolution said to become legislative vehicle for coronavirus economic relief package that the partisan package would allow presidential Biden to shove two trillion dollars of stimulus spending for Congress without any Republican consent, a blue state bailout to states who had shut down businesses enclosed places of worship, prevented families from an honest living, not needing bailouts but to get back to work, taxpayers in states like Texas not to be left holding the bag for failing governments in New York, California and others who had chosen to close their economies, Congress had just passed a $900 billion stimulus package in over $1 trillion in Covid relief had yet to reach intended recipients, the US already holding 26 trying dollars in debt and counting, totally sustainable and with disastrous consequences for the economy of future generations.
