Congresswoman Harshbarger opposes Equality Act
Freshman Tennessee Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger says in House floor debate on the Equality Act to reform federal LGBTQ nondiscrimination law that rather than delivering equality, the bill undermined protection for women and girls, simply put that women's shelters should remain women's shelters and not allowed biological mentor intruding girl sports, catastrophic for girls sports which the Equality Act would overturn, all before mentioning the provisions that would undermine religious freedom.
