Freshman Montana Senator Tim Sheehy as Presiding Officer declares the result of a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Russell Vought to be Director of the Office of Management and Budget in the second Trump Administration. Democrats then held the floor for the full thirty hours of post-cloture time under Senate rules to stall a confirmation vote.
