Ambassador Brownback calls on sanctions over Artsakh blockade by Azerbaijan

Former Senator and Ambassador At Large for Religious Freedom, National Committee for Religious Freedom Chairman Sam Brownback says at a press conference to urge action to stop Azerbaijan's continued blockade of Artsakh that the Biden administration should not waive 907 sanctions, unless the blockade was lifted immediately as Azerbaijan was allowing and conducting the strangulation, to be effective against Azerbaijan which could cause the blockade to stop that day.
