Fish Swim Through Flooded Streets in Harlingen, Texas
Flooding in southern coastal Texas got so bad on Wednesday, June 20, fish could be seen swimming along the street of Harlingen. David French captured this peculiar sight on camera. Flash flood warnings were in place for communities on both sides of the Mexican border on Wednesday following days of heavy rain.
