The Assistance League Community House us shown. Some of today's brightest starlets are putting on a fashion show inside. All the clothes modeled are either hand knitted or crocheted. The first model is Alma Lloyd. Next is Kay Linaker, wearing a two piece sports dress made of Wondersheen cotton. Kay was known as an actress when this Screen Snapshot was made but she would later be known as the screenwriter of the 1958 film The Blob. Patricia Ellis drops by to check on a suit that was custom made just for her. It is being modeled by Jeanette Rosenfeld. Marie Wilson is next to model. She's wearing a one-piece dress with pleats aplenty. Now Screen Snapshots is graced by an appearance from Bette Davis, who came by to see [Betty Hagerman] model a dress that was custom made for Ms. Davis. Bette likes what she sees.
