Bowie fans hold gigs on trains and at Waterloo station as mural unveiled

Fans of David Bowie and students from Kingston University held a silent disco in Waterloo Station, and musicians performed gigs on trains to mark the unveiling of a David Bowie’s mural in south London. The mural is located in the underpass of the Tolworth Roundabout where the A3 meets the A240. It comes as it is 50 years ago this week that Bowie's iconic Ziggy Stardust persona performed for the first time in Tolworth, south London.
