Adorable white tiger cubs make public debut at Delhi Zoo in India
DELHI, INDIA - APRIL 20: Eight-month-old two white tiger cubs were released by Union Environment Minister Bhupendra Yadav into the enclosure arena of the big cats at Zoological Park, in New Delhi, India on Thursday (Apr. 20).
Soon after their release, the cubs could be seen playing in a small pool in their cage.
Yadav has named the female cub 'Avani', meaning earth and the male cub 'Vyom', which means universe.
"Flagged off the release of 8-month-old Avni and Vyom into their enclosure in the presence of school children and zoo staff. Visitors to the zoo will now be able to see and say hello to Avni and Vyom," Yadav tweeted. (Footage by Imtiyaz Khan/Anadolu Agency via Getty Images)
