Eagles fans passed along a downed traffic light pole on a Philadelphia street amid the celebrations of their team's Super Bowl victory on February 9. Footage by journalist Sofiya Ballin shows the revellers on John F Kennedy Boulevard. She said fans "broke down the poles in the street and were carrying them."
