On the Rocks: Driver Rescued as Car Winds Up in Dublin Waters
Drone footage shot in the coastal suburb of Clontarf, Dublin, on April 3 shows the result of an unfortunate Easter Weekend driving mishap that saw a motorist end up in the water. https://www.dublinlive.ie/news/dublin-news/car-water-dollymount-strand-beach-20317720 Local media reported that emergency services "raced to the scene," as the surrounding area was closed off. One of the emergency services involved, Howth Coast Guard, https://twitter.com/howthcoastguard/status/1378435169229606912 that the "driver was taken from the car, treated on scene and removed to hospital." They added that "no serious injuries" had been sustained.
