'It's Getting Bigger': Driver Witnesses Waterspout Formation in Decatur, Alabama
A driver witnessed the formation of a waterspout as she passed a bridge in Decatur, Alabama, on July 26. Kiya McRae filmed a video that showed a water spout forming on the Tennessee River. A slim water tube can be seen ascending toward the sky as McRae drives towards the waterspout. "Wow, it's getting bigger," a woman can be heard saying in the video.
