NEW YORK, NEW YORK - NOVEMBER 16: (SPEECH) Donna Hylton, founder of A Little Piece of Light (ALPOL), and an exoneree, speaking as wrongfully convicted people and the families of incarcerated rally outside City Hall Park to publicly blame the five New York City district attorney offices and other elected officials for failing to effectively deal with the numerous wrongful convictions that have occurred during last half decade in downtown Manhattan on November 16, 2021 in New York City.
