Dominique Strauss-Kahn walking into New York City court on Tuesday, August 23rd to face criminal sexual assault charges against him... the case was dismissed. Dominique Strauss-Kahn, a one-time French presidential contender, was arrested May 14 after a hotel maid, Nafissatou Diallo said he forced her to perform sex, manhandled her and ripped her stockings in his luxury suite at the Sofitel Hotel near ManhattanÕs Times Square. He has been charged with attempted rape and other crimes. On Tuesday August 23rd, 2011, New York Justice, Michael Obus dismissed all criminal charges against Dominique Strauss-Kahn (DSK).
