Dog Rescued After Being Buried Alive in Chile
A dog was rescued in Rancagua, Chile, after being found by locals buried alive on March 4. Footage from Laura Venegas Catalan shows the dog covered in dust and struggling to walk as police guide it into a vehicle. A photo provided by Venegas Catalan shows the dog partially buried in the ground. According to Venegas Catalan, local residents found the dog buried and tied up in a sack near the intersection of El Sol and Nacional Antuco in Rancagua. "If you don't want your puppy, don't do something like this," Venegas Catalan said. "I condemn animal abuse one thousand percent."
