NEW YORK, NEW YORK – JUNE 15: (SPEECH) District Council 37 Vice President, Anthony Wells, speaks about working families as New York City’s largest municipal public employee labor union, AFSCME District Council 37 (DC 37) rally in Foley Square in downtown Manhattan, demanding a new collective bargaining agreement between District Council 37 (DC 37) and the City of New York on June 15, 2022 in New York City. Speakers underscored that the services of DC 37 members during the coronavirus pandemic were essential and that they continue to be essential workers.
