Tylenol capsules were tampered with cyanide poison
Deputy Cook County Medical Examiner Dr. EdmundÌýDonaghueÌýconfirms that TylenolÌýcapsulesÌýwere tampered with but, they don't know the location of where the tampering took place. DonaghueÌýsays, "ÌýDefinitelyÌýsomeone tampered with theÌýcapsulesÌýbut we have no idea of where thatÌýoccurred."
