Pair cleared in Nama trial say prosecution service has questions to answer
Daithi McKay with his legal team lead by Michael Madden of Madden and Finucane Solicitors Belfast outside court after he, along with Jamie Bryson and Thomas O'Hara, were found not guilty of charges relating to misconduct in public office.
The long-running Nama trial had related to Mr Bryson's 2015 appearance before the Stormont committee, chaired by Mr McKay, which was investigating the sale of the Nama's Northern Ireland assets to a US investment fund.
