Jon Stewart comments on Rally to Restore Sanity or Fear
MS INT Comedians Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert comment on the Rally to Restore Sanity and or Fear after the event. They both have their own comedy shows on television. They rally was to provide a venue for attendees to be heard above what Stewart describes as the more vocal and extreme 15Ð20% of Americans who "control the conversation" of United States politics. Jon Stewart states, "So just understand, we are on the metric system. You guys are all about who is winning and who is losing, the strategy of this, and the players and that. We have tv shows, and we just wanted to do a good show for people who took the time to come out and see us, and I think we accomplished that."
