Pitbull 'Foodini' Stuck in Cheese Puff Jar After Breaking Into Snacks in Owners' Absence

A clever dog in Chicago was able to break his way into a jar of scrumptious snacks atop the fridge while his owners were away on Christmas Day, only to discover that getting out of the container was a far greater challenge. The eye-popping video was recorded by Yusuf Joe Begic and shows the adorable pittie, who goes by the name Jimmy Kibble, with his head stuck in a jar of cheese puffs. Begic told Storyful that the "foodini" was caught red-headed when he and his partner returned from a friend's house. "[He] is quite talented at opening jars or just simply destroying containers to get his hands on his favorite treats," Begic said. Begic explained that the couple have a routine in place when stepping out, and that they always ensure that no food is left lying on countertops or tables. Nevertheless, this was not enough to keep the canine away this time. "We have always kept treats on top of the fridge without any issues. This foodini must have climbed on top of the countertop in the kitchen to acquire his cheesy puffs," Begic said. Begic told Storyful that the couple were only gone for a short time and that Jimmy Kibble wasn't in his cheese dome for long. "There was plenty of clearance around his neck for air," he said. "His ears on the other hand required some human assistance for clearance." (Footage by Yusuf Joe Begic/Storyful via Getty Images UGC)
