Mount Etna Spews Lava Into Sicilian Night Sky
A Catania photographer captured stunning footage of Mount Etna's overnight eruption into the early hours of April 3. Giuseppe Tonzuso recorded video showing lava shooting into the Sicilian sky from late Wednesday into early Thursday, accompanied by what he described as "loud roars" from the volcano.
