California Congressman Lou Correa says in House floor remarks that he rose to stress the need for immigration reform as just last week his constituent Narciso Barranco was picked up by what he believed were ICE agents wearing masks and was now sitting in an ICE holding facility in Los Angeles, video showed him punched by masked federal agents unprovoked, he had lived in the district for 25 years with not even a traffic ticket to his name and had three sons all serving in the US Marine Corps, federal agents should be taking criminals off streets not gentlemen like this.
