Congressman Obernolte says federal vaccine mandate unconstitutional with economic impacts

California Congressman Jay Obernolte says at press conference with Republicans to support Congressional Review Act bill to prohibit vaccine mandate by the Biden administration that he was pro vaccine and believed people should get it, encouraging constituents to do so but strongly opposed to mandating that anyone get a vaccine, he firmly convinced the mandate is unconstitutional to require people to inject something in their bodies at the price of losing a job, inflation running at the highest levels in 40 years causing real impacts to constituents, the price of everyday commodities going up and Thanksgiving dinner the most expensive in the history of the country which would only get worse if OSHA was allowed to promulgate its regulation.
