Buffalo area Representative Brian Higgins expresses concern about an executive order potentially to be issued by the Trump administration to deploy biometrics at border crossings, which he says would jeopardize passage of passenger and commercial vehicles at the busy Peace Bridge in his district bordering southern Ontario, which moves some $230 billion in economic activity and 1 million jobs, which he calls an unnecessary barrier between friendship and trade.
