A Batman impersonator who has traveled to Krakow, Poland, to spend time with some of the refugee Ukrainian children there, tried his hand at saving penalties during a quickfire soccer practice session on March 17. John Buckland, who runs the charity Heroes 4 Higher in West Virginia, said the main aim of his visit was to "ignite the fire inside hearts of broken children." This video shows Buckland taking his place in goal and facing a number of penalties from the children. While he saves most efforts, his reflexes do fail him on occasion as the youngsters put a few goals past him.
