"Aleppo's twitting girl" visits the Syrian boy who lost his legs in the hospital in Turkey
HATAY, TURKEY - FEBRUARY 18: Bana al-Abed aka "Aleppo's twitting girl" the seven year old girl who has taken the world's attention to the plight of the people of besieged Aleppo with her tweets visits the ten year old Syrian boy Abdel Basit Al-Satouf, who lost both of his legs during an air raid in Idlib, Syria, in the hospital, and hugs him, chats with him and gives the gift parcels she brought together in Hatay, Turkey on February 18, 2018. Al-Satouf has attracted world's attention after videos showing the aftermath of the air raid that he lost his mom and his sister as well began to be circulated in social media. He was brought to hospital through Turkish Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH) for treatment. Al-Abed tries to tell the camera with her broken English that Syrian children need education, they blame war and that they'll be strong if they're not interrupted.
