A vigil was held for Jordan Neely on May 8 demanding the arrest of Daniel Penny who used a chokehold to kill Jordan Neely on a subway train in New York City on May 1st. According to the city's medical examiner his death has been ruled a homicide. Increasingly, activists are calling for the man who used the chokehold on Neely to be apprehended.
